Issues encountered while using Daployi features.

Tunnel connection fails with MFA error​

The tunnel will not connect and displays a multi-factor authentication (MFA) error.

Solution:

  1. Enable MFA: To use the tunnel, the user MUST have multi-factor authentication set up for their account.
  2. Re-authorize Session: If you still get the error after enabling MFA, log out and log back in. This ensures your current session is authorized with MFA.

Time zone or time skew issues​

  • Symptom: Timestamps appear off or tokens invalid.
  • Checks:
    • Ensure host time is correct and synchronized (NTP).
    • Redis uses TZ environment; confirm it’s set appropriately.
  • Fix:
    • Correct host time; restart containers if needed.
