Updating the Edge Agent

Keep agents updated for security and new features. Updates can be targeted or rolled out in waves.

Methods

• From Devices: Select devices > Batch Actions > Update Agent.
• From a Device: Device > Overview > Update Agent (if a new version is available).

Options

• Version pin: Choose a specific version or track latest.

Troubleshooting

• Verify the device has internet access or a reachable internal mirror.
• Check Events for update logs.
